Paul embarked on his journey in social services as a Peace Corps volunteer in Guyana, igniting his passion for modernizing operational frameworks across non-profit agencies, government entities, and businesses. Armed with a Master of Social Work degree, Paul leverages his expertise in fostering meaningful relationships and technical proficiency to drive impactful change.

When not immersed in his professional pursuits, Paul enjoys time with his family, indulges in running, podcasts, and exploring new travel destinations.

Nick Watkins
COO

Nick, a graduate from Indiana University South Bend with a degree in Accounting, laid the foundation of his career at the family auto repair shop, accruing five years of invaluable hands-on experience. Transitioning to the banking sector, he honed his skills further within the accounting department before embarking on a role at Press Ganey as a Business Analyst. Specializing in Process Improvement and Quality Control, Nick thrived in enhancing operational efficiencies. In 2018, he joined forces with his brother Paul to empower organizations in optimizing processes, elevating quality control standards, and seizing new business prospects.
